Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we may offer replacements, store credit, or refunds in certain situations, including:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Damaged products upon arrival

  • Missing items from your order

  • Defective products reported within the required timeframe

To qualify for assistance, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

  • Verified shipping issues caused by our error

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Flavor preference dissatisfaction

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping provider

  • International customs seizures or import restrictions

Customers are responsible for understanding local laws and import regulations before placing an international order.


Shipping Issues

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to assist customers with tracking and updates, Yart House is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing delays.


Local Meetup Orders

For local meetup transactions:

  • Customers are expected to verify their order at the time of pickup

  • Completed meetup transactions are considered final

  • Refunds or exchanges may only be considered for verified product issues


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order.


Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Yart House reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks or suspicious payment activity. Customers attempting payment fraud may be restricted from future purchases.
